DSI Carpet Tile Finishing Line The carpet tile line is of heavy duty construction and features beveling heads which oscillate up and down for even cutter wear. The cutter speed is variable from 300RPM to 3,000 RPM. The beveling heads have ant-static clear Plexiglas vacuum exhaust hoods. Carpet tiles are rotated 90 degrees before entering the second beveling station so all sides can be finished. The turn over conveyor reverses sides for inspection of the back. A smart turn over conveyor with a bypass allows tiles to be flipped over or not and in any combination. A dual station stacker stacks the tiles in preprogrammed stacks. The operator controls and drives are state of the art.
